Mostly Heard Rarely Seen Spring/Summer 2024

MOSTLY HEARD RARELY SEEN S/S 2024. Staying true to its DNA, S/S24 embodies innovation and evolution like never before with a number of newly sourced fabrications, techniques and silhouettes. Taking a combination of Mostly Heard Rarely Seen Japanese nature and traditional western vintage activewear, S/S24 showcases lots of sport style cut seams and functions for optimal wear. The success of our F/W23 introduction of double sleeved hoodies led to further progression on a traditional MA1 bomber and on our oversized wide leg pants creating a four way ankle opening. Similarly to our experimentation with reversed hood openings to create sweater- hoodie hybrids, the brand took a step further combining traditional hockey jerseys with oversized hoodies and crewnecks with reverse side nylon zip ups. This season showcases a number of new outerwear silhouettes, all containing extremely unique hidden details for multi-purpose function. Our cropped camper jackets have oversized 3D cargo pockets with hidden details seen within each pocket. The ‘Layered Cargo Camper Vest’s function does not just stop as a layered outerwear piece, but turns into a fully functional backpack jacket. Traditional garments are seen in untraditional fabrications such as our standard hoodie being combined together by french terry and nylon piecings. This combination is also seen within pants and shorts to create full matching set looks.Pops of yellow are seen throughout the collection from fabrics to trims to embroidered graphic details. The play on the brand name ‘Mostly Heard Rarely Seen’ continues throughout S/S24 as new reflected graphics are introduced along with faded ombre oversized warped graphics of the brand name. Middle knockout tonal 3D embroideries and toothbrush embroideries showcases the brand’s evolution to new graphic treatments as well. Through this collection, Mostly Heard Rarely Seen proves the never ending, constant progression of innovation and doesn’t plan to stop here.
